Shipping policy

Australia 

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 to Australia, United States, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand.

For orders under $100 flat rates apply for standard and express shipping options where available. This rate is calculated at checkout. 

Express shipping is only available in some regions for an additional cost which is calculated at checkout. We will dispatch express orders from our warehouses within 2 business days. 

International shipping

For purchases delivered to all other locations, a charge by weight will be applied at checkout. If you're purchasing outside of Australia you are responsible for any local customs taxes that may be applied in your country. 

Delivery

Delivery estimates are approximately 7-10 days for Australia and 7-30 days days for other international locations. 

2023 Delivery Update

As of mid 2023 our standard parcels are arriving within a week around Australia, sometimes longer for WA and our United States, HK, Singapore and New Zealand parcels are landing within 7 working days.
