"When we first designed the Nappy Change Clutch on the dining room table with cloth from Spotlight in Wollongong and materials from the fabric markets in Sham Shui Po in Hong Kong, never in a million years did we think we would be receiving international recognition and awards for our product.
We were simply creating a solution for our needs as mothers, considering everything we wanted in a product and designing from our hearts.
It’s an honour to be awarded Best Baby Accessory by Hong Kong Living and secure a place in the magazine next to an Internationally renowned maternity hospital such The Matilda. Coincidentally, The Matilda International Hospital is where Julie was giving birth to her second baby at the very moment when our Jess made our website live and the Ben & Ellie Baby brand was born only a year and a half ago.
