Shipping policy

 

NOTICE 25/8: US Shipping suspended. We are currently working with carriers to understand options for shipping to the US again.  

Australia 

We offer free shipping over $200 and flat rate shipping on orders in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand and most Oceania locations.

Express shipping is available at most locations and is calculated at checkout. We will dispatch express orders from our warehouses within 2 business days. 

International shipping

For purchases delivered to all other locations, a charge by weight will be applied at checkout. If you're purchasing outside of Australia you are responsible for any local customs taxes that may be applied in your country. 

Standard Delivery

Delivery estimates are approximately 7-10 days for Australia,  and 15-45 days days for international locations.
